Tofu Steak with Garlic Soy Bell Peppers (Vegan)


This tofu steak is pan-fried to perfection with garlic soy seasoned bell peppers on the facet. It’s a fast and straightforward, mild but satisfying dish that goes nicely with rice, noodles or perhaps a mattress of blended leaves.

Crispy on the surface, tender and fluffy on the within… That’s what I like about this tofu steak.

It’s versatile in terms of seasoning, so I prefer to fancy issues up with the facet veggies, herbs and the sauce.

On this recipe, the bell peppers are seasoned nicely so it goes nicely with tofu which has a light, delicate taste by itself.
