Mille-Feuille Nabe (Pork and Napa Cabbage Sizzling Pot)


Mille-feuille nabe is a Japanese type sizzling pot with many layers of napa cabbage and thinly sliced pork (identical to that traditional French pastry). It’s simmered in flavorful dashi broth, and is really comforting! Serve together with your favourite toppings comparable to shichimi pepper, scallions, or grated daikon.
